About Us

Skye Lifestyle is a national corporate wellness company founded in 2009, by Skye Griffiths.

After over a decade working in luxury hotels and the tourism industry, Skye left the corporate world to follow her passion and tailor wellness programs for leading national corporations who value their employee’s well-being. These leading national corporations choose Skye Lifestyle to create wellness programs that produce a healthier, happier and more productive working environment.

In 2018 Skye Lifestyle and her team of national wellness instructors were selected to partner with Hyatt Hotels Australia and will deliver a wide variety of wellness sessions within the new Hyatt Wellness Package featuring yoga, meditation, chair yoga for the afternoon breakout sessions, and fitness sessions offering Zumba, Pilates and boxing. These wellness sessions will be available at participating Hyatt Hotels around Australia.

Used by businesses across Australia, Skye Lifestyle’s wellness programmes encourage people to take a longer-term view of their health leading to more motivated and energised staff and more positive and productive working environments.

Skye offers a wide variety of yoga classes which can be practised within a small group environment at her weekly classes, or as a private session at your own home or office. She teaches Hatha Vinyasa flow yoga, power yoga, Yin yoga, restorative yoga and meditation.

Skye completed her Yoga Alliance Accreditation at YogaHop in Santa Monica, California in November 2008 and has trained in the latest Hatha Vinyasa and Power Yoga techniques.

Skye’s previous roles include Business Events Manager for Tourism Australia’s Los Angeles office, Business Development Manager at the prestigious InterContinental Sydney hotel and Wedding Sales Manager on Hayman, on the Great Barrier Reef.

She is fluent in Japanese language skills including reading, writing and speaking.
